Oversee detailed drawings for the construction and installation of outside and inside plant facilities.

QA outside plant construction including creation of detailed documentation and blueprint redlines creation of weekly and long term reports of the installation of manholes, duct runs, copper and fiber cables and the splicing and testing of those cables, and oversight of the work in the field.

QA detailed cut sheets and work sequences for rerouting existing copper and fiber facilities into new communications shelters and data and voice switches, for use by field technicians performing the work. Provide oversight of the cut over process in the field.
